Teresa Williams is the founder and driving force behind Prospera Realty, an independent real estate firm serving Tampa Bay and South Florida. With more than 25 years of experience and nearly $1 billion in closed real estate transactions, Teresa brings an exceptional depth of market knowledge, negotiation experience, and personal attention to every client she represents.

Since founding Prospera Realty in 2001, Teresa has built her business largely through referrals and repeat clients, a reflection of the trust she has earned and the high standard of service she provides.
