Our Company

A privately owned firm with skin in the game.

Our mission is simple: to treat every asset as if it were our own.

Prospera Realty is a privately owned firm serving the Tampa Bay area, and our independence is deliberate. It lets us answer to our clients instead of a corporate office, move at the speed a deal actually requires, and build each relationship around what the client needs rather than what a franchise playbook prescribes. When you call, you reach people who know your name and your address.

Invested alongside you

We own and manage property in Tampa Bay ourselves. We have made the same decisions we are asking you to make, and we have lived with the results. So when we help you buy a home, lease a rental, or find your next investment, you are not getting textbook advice — you are getting the same judgment we apply to our own capital.

Integrity before commission

In this business it is easy to tell people what they want to hear, and we do not do it. If a property is priced too high, we will say so. If the numbers on a deal do not work, we will show you why. And if waiting six months is the smarter move, we will tell you that too, even when it costs us the commission.

Local, and only local

A quarter century in this market means we know which neighborhoods rent, which ones appreciate, and which listings are quietly overpriced. That knowledge is not something you can franchise.

We represent buyers, sellers, investors, and banking institutions in residential and commercial sales, land, and foreign investment, and through Prospera Property Management we provide leasing and full-service management for single-family homes, plexes, apartments, and condominiums. Founder Teresa Williams set that standard in 2001, and the team has held it ever since — which is why our clients keep coming back, and keep sending us their friends.

Whether you are buying your first home, leasing a rental, or building a portfolio, we would like to hear what you are trying to accomplish.

We treat every asset as if it were our own — because some of them are.
