The application fee is $75.00 per applicant. It can be paid by cash, money order, cashier’s check, or online by e-check or credit card using the Pay Online button. E-check carries a small flat fee and credit card carries a percentage, so e-check is usually the cheaper option. Full instructions for paying online are linked below.

All Applicants must fill out Application for Residency and Resident Selection Policy and Pet Addendum if you have a pet.
