It’s been described as sleek, trendy and hip, but buyers of condos at Centro Lofts in downtown Miami will have to forgo one standard amenity: a parking space.
The developers of the 37-story luxury tower announced they were removing the parking garage from the design to allow the project to “hit the low price point” in the pre-sale phase.
“This is a unique property that appeals to the younger buyer, international travelers and the second home owner,” said Teresa Williams, Broker and CEO of Prospera Realty. “It offers luxury in the heart of the city without the inflated price tag.”
The tower’s 352 units range from 500-1,100 square feet and are priced from $200,000 to $450,000. About 180 units have already been reserved. Features of the building include wired work stations, a rooftop pool and a “skyline residents’ lounge.”
The project’s advertising slogan is, “Feel the Street at Your Feet.”
