Yes Prospera Realty Referral Inc. is a fully licensed employing real estate broker with the Florida DBPR. License #CQ1048967. It’s extremely easy to transfer your license to Prospera Referral with the Florida DBPR online services system.
ARE THERE ANY REALTOR FEES, MLS FEES, MONTHLY OFFICE FEES, OR E&O INSURANCE FEES?
NO! You’ll easily save thousands per year on these fees. As a Prospera referral agent, you won’t be a member of any board of realtors, MLS service, or have to pay monthly office fees or E&O Insurance.
Our membership fee is only a $350 once a year taken out of your first transaction per year. No upfront fees or month fees.
HOW MUCH CAN I EARN?
It’s totally up to you! The sky is the limit and you’re in control of your income stream. HOW DO I GET PAID?
Once Prospera Realty Referral receives the commission check from your referral closing, we’ll mail you the funds within 5 business days. At year end you’ll receive a 1099 to report your earnings, no taxes will be deducted.
HOW DO I HANG MY LICENSE WITH PROSPERA REALTY REFERAL?
Simply click the “Easy Sign-Up!” button. We’ll respond with an email to you containing all of the documents required to transfer your license to Prospera Refer including:- Independent contractor agreement
- W-9.
For your ease and convenience these docs can be completed and signed online. We’ll then certify your license transfer via the Florida online services system
WHAT IF MY LICENSE IS INACTIVE OR EXPIED?
No problem depending on the length of time. It’s easy to reinstate or renew with the Florida DBPR online services system.
HOW MUCH DOES THE FLORIDA DBPR CHARGE TO TRANSFER MY LICENSE TO A NEW FIRM?
There is NO CHARGE to transfer to a new firm with Florida DBPR, and very easy to accomplish thanks to the easy online services system.
CAN I ACT AS THE AGENT ON MY OWN PERSONAL REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION?
No, but you may earn a referral commission.
CAN I LIST PROPERTIES OR REPRESENT BUYERS?
NO, Agents may only refer their leads and earn commission. Listing property or representation of buyers is not possible.
DO I HAVE TO STAY ACTIVE WITH FLORIDA DBPR AND COMPLETE CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS?
Yes, you must keep your license in active status. According to the Florida DBPR rules and regulations, you must complete continuing ed. over your 2 year license cycle. This will save you a ton of time and money.
CAN I CHOOSE THE AGENT THAT WORKS MY REFERRAL?
Yes, you may choose any licensed agent from Prospera Realty to work your referral.
